Whether you need to win your first ten customers, increase the win rate of your sales team, or increase your online trial sign-ups, the Cyber Marketing Clinic helps diagnose your root issues and works with you to implement a treatment plan to a healthy, growing business.

I believe that consultants should be like exceptional doctors: accurately diagnose the problem, provide the right treatment, and always exhibit excellent bedside manners. At the Clinic, I help diagnose and fix your business pain points, give birth to your next product, and prescribe the right diet and exercise for your go-to-market motion.

About Chris Kirsch

I have helped fuel the growth of cybersecurity vendors for 27 years. My superpowers are product marketing, product-led growth (PLG), and pricing & packaging.

Most recently, I co-founded a VC-backed company and grew it 14x in less than three years in my role as a CEO. I also built the product marketing function in a Series F company while it’s valuation grew from about $420m to $950m in 4 years. I also helped a Series B company grow the ARR a product from $200K to $12m in four years, and then positioned a new product in a new category as the company executed a successful IPO. I’ve seen the journey of $1m to $13 ARR, $20 to $110m, and worked for public and private equity companies of much larger sizes.

Finding the right go-to-market program for you.

I’ll work with you to deliver a strategy that suits your company’s stage, product, target market, and culture. Having worked with companies of all sizes, I understand what is too heavy for a pre-seed company and what larger companies need to scale.

Fun facts

InfoSec is not just a job to me - it’s my passion as well. In 2017, I earned the Black Badge for winning the Social Engineering Capture the Flag competition at DEF CON, the world’s largest hacker conference. I think of social engineering is the perfect fusion of InfoSec and marketing.
